In a case of vandalism, failure at commissioning phase, transport damage or malfunction in use we provide a standard process of repairs.

The product is returned to Polarteknik where it is inspected, evaluation of repair cost takes place and allocation of liability is assigned. Customer then has the options of scrapping the part or ordering the repair of it.

In most cases Polarteknik has designed the product, owns the tooling and has the original drawings and processes stored so OEM part can be repaired or replaced with a new unit of equal specification.
